Vision problems often are not fully solved through the use of lenses alone. Problems related to focusing and pointing of the eyes require special treatment through Optometric vision therapy.
Some people are handicapped by the fact that their eyes operate inefficiently resulting in poor visual performance. Optometric vision therapy for children and adults with visually related learning and job performance disorders is a significant part of our treatment programs.
Orthoptic procedures are used in cases of strabismus (cross-in or out), and amblyopia (lazy eye).

Developmental and functional optometry have devised methods of evaluating children's vision development at a very early age. Our programming and guidance of children's vision helps youngsters to cope with the demands of our complex culture from infancy to adulthood.
