Viva International Group and Eyefinity Announce Alliance Partnership to Offer VIVA Frames Online

FOLSOM, CA, August 5, 2002 -- Viva International Group, one of the world's leading eyewear and frame manufacturers, has joined with Eyefinity, the optical industry's most widely used Internet portal, to offer their extensive frame collection online through eyefinity.com.

With this strategic alliance, Viva's entire frame line will be available through Eyefinity's online purchase center beginning in late fall, 2002. Eyefinity will also be working closely with Viva to provide a first-of-its-kind feature, Sales Force Automation, which allows Viva sales representatives to order product directly from their online product catalog.
