Eyefinity Partners with Universal Software Solutions, Inc. to Integrate Online Services with Practice Management System

FOLSOM, CA, November 5, 2003 -- Eyefinity, the optical industry's most widely used Internet portal, has announced an agreement with Universal Software Solutions, Inc., developers of VersaSuite healthcare management software, to integrate Eyefinity's Web-based services into Universal Software Solutions' VersaVision ophthalmic practice management software.

VersaVision customers will soon have access to Eyefinity's online services such as VSP, government and commercial claim submission, online lab and product ordering, valuable industry information, and access to online continuing education courses.

VersaVision is a state of the art Windows-based software system that offers integrated solutions for managing all aspects of patient, employee and business related activities of an eye care office. It is scaleable, and can be used in a stand-alone or in an enterprise-wide setting.
