Offer is valid on combined new subscriptions to Eyefinity Practice Management and/or Eyefinity EHR between the dates of January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024. Practice must be participating in Premier Edge™ as determined by VSP Vision. Eligible practices will receive up to $1,500 off onboarding fees (which includes system configuration, training, consultative expertise and support) for up to three doctors (normally $1,000/per doctor). Standard Eyefinity Practice Management and Eyefinity EHR pricing will begin once the sandbox has been delivered. Eyefinity reserves the right to modify this promotion at its sole discretion. Eyefinity’s standard terms and conditions apply to the subscriptions.
