Eyefinity Account Update Request
Click here to access the Account Update Request form if you need to make the following changes to your Eyefinity account information:
- Address, phone number, and or email update
- Change of ownership
- Software cancellation
Have your current account information handy before starting the Account Update Request form. The average time required to complete the form is 5 minutes.
