Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid for new purchases of Eyefinity Encompass®. Must be an active PECAA Max member to qualify. Eligible practices will receive 100% off onboarding fees (which includes system configuration, training, consultative expertise, and support) in addition to waived Eyefinity Encompass subscription fees for the first three (3) months, and two (2) hours of complementary training with the purchase of a new Eyefinity Encompass subscription. Complementary training must be used within twelve (12) months of go-live. Practices will also receive 50% off EncompassScribe by Eyefinity and complementary Image Management for the first three (3) months. OfficeMate users are also eligible for waived data conversion fees, valued at $1,700. To qualify for the offer, the practice must implement EncompassPay by Eyefinity®. New Eyefinity Encompass customers will receive three (3) months of waived subscription fee(s) for Eyefinity Encompass starting on the standard billing start date. Offer does not apply to third-party fees. This offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Offer is not valid on existing Eyefinity Encompass clients adding doctors or locations. Offer is subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. After the three (3) month free promotional period ends, the standard Eyefinity Encompass subscription fees will be automatically billed on a month-to-month basis. Customers that wish to discontinue Eyefinity Encompass, EncompassScribe, and/or Image Management must cancel the service prior to the end of the three (3) months promotional period to avoid being charged on a month-to-month basis.
