1. Offer is valid on new subscriptions of Eyefinity Encompass between the dates of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Offer is not valid for existing Eyefinity Encompass clients adding Doctors and/or locations. Eligible PECAA Members will receive 100% off onboarding fees (which includes system configuration, training, consultative expertise, and support. Normally up to $1,500/per doctor and up to $1,500/per location) in addition to two (2) months of complimentary Electronic Patient Notifications and Image Management. New Eyefinity Encompass customers will receive two (2) months of waived Electronic Patient Notifications fee(s) following the month of Go-Live with Eyefinity Encompass. New Eyefinity Encompass customers will receive two (2) months of waived Image Management fee(s) following the month of Go-Live with Eyefinity Encompass. All provider(s) enrolled as a doctor for Eyefinity Encompass must also be enrolled as an Image Management Provider(s). After the two (2) month free promotional period ends, the Electronic Patient Notifications and/or Image Management fee(s) will be automatically billed on a month-to-month basis. Customers that wish to discontinue Electronic Patient Notifications and/or Image Management must cancel the services before the end of the two (2) month free promotional period to avoid being charged on a month-to-month basis.
