Eyefinity Attends Vision Expo East 2024

Team Eyefinity was back in the Big Apple for the final Vision Expo East (VEE) in New York City. With all the hustle and bustle, there’s always so much to explore on the show floor. From the latest technology to trending frames, VEE has it all. We’ve been attending Vision Expo East from the beginning and this show will always hold a special spot in our hearts. Here are some highlights from the Eyefinity and VSP Vision booth during the 2024 show: 

Phernell Walker Takes Center Stage 

Our Vice President of Optometric Relations, Phernell Walker, MBA, ABOM, LDO, took the mic and gave attendees an in-depth look at how our optometry software can power their future with possibilities. Some lucky attendees even walked away winners with prizes sponsored by our certified partners, Optify, TriZetto, and Worldpay.  

“The energy and excitement at Vision Expo East were simply electrifying,” said Phernell Walker. “It’s such a great opportunity to explore what's new in the eye care space, and of course connect with my fantastic colleagues, students, and friends.” 

Dr. Duane Wires Knows Best 

We get it: the best person to hear from is a peer, which is why we brought in Dr. Wires from Eyes on Main in Ohio. Dr. Wires is an Eyefinity EHR expert and has been leveraging it in his practice for almost a decade.
