Shauna Harrington, SPHR is currently the Senior Director of Outreach and Executive Talent in the Human Resources senior leadership team for VSP Global recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers! Harrington has over 35 years working in fast-paced, growth-focused corporate headquarters for high-profile, international organizations creating and managing programs and teams in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership development, communications, employee engagement and workforce development. She has achieved certifications in a broad range of leadership and organizational development processes and programs. She has been a featured speaker at several regional, national and international professional association meetings and conferences throughout the US. Harrington earned her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and is a Senior Certified Professional recognized from the top two HR certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).  Harrington is a past president of SAHRA (Sacramento Area Human Resource Management Association), served on its board of directors for seven years and continues to serve SAHRA and other various community boards and advisory councils in the Sacramento region.
