Standing at 6’8” Shawn Barker has a commanding presence as the Senior Product Manager supporting patient engagement solutions. His team strives to enhance the experience of patients and staff through ongoing improvements made to integrated tools like the online scheduler and patient notifications.  

Prior to joining Eyefinity, Shawn worked for over 20 years developing online self-service solutions for communities in need, aligning with his commitment to helping customers identify the issue, isolate the problem, and collaborate to reach a positive solution.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento. 

“I took an intro to M.I.S. in college and found that it was a good balance between coding and designing systems. I decided at that point it would be my chosen path to pursue.”  

The native California resident is a married father of one and a huge fan of the outdoors. He can often be found exploring the many hiking trails in the area or hitting the golf course for a round or two.
