Susan Ohneck resides in Chagrin Falls Ohio and is currently a Regional Vice President of Sales for Marchon Eyewear.  Ms. Ohneck began her career in the Optometric industry in 1976 as an Optician and has been involved in the sales and sales management of fashion eyewear frames since 1981.  Ms. Ohneck is a Business Leader with proven success in providing transformational leadership and defining strategic direction in startup, turnaround, and market expansion environments in both the US and Canada.  Ms. Ohneck has been developing and delivering training seminars to the Optometric industry on practice management, retailing and sales for the past twenty-eight years and has received multiple awards for her efforts.
